This site is run by Gabriella Hasníková, a freelance designer based in Brno and Prague, Czech Republic.

It is a portfolio. Everything here is shown for information, to give you a sense of the work and how it is made.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quote or a contract. Work is agreed separately, in writing, case by case.

The design, text, photographs, drawings, illustrations and code on this site are mine, or are used with the permission of the client they were made for. They are protected by copyright.

You are welcome to look at all of it, share a link to it, and quote a short passage with credit and a link back.

You may not copy, republish, sell, or reuse any of it — including as reference material for training generative models — without my written permission. Ask me; the answer is often yes.

Client names, logos and brands appear as references to work I did for them. They belong to their respective owners.

Some pages link out to client sites, Instagram and LinkedIn. Those sites are not mine and I have no control over what they show or collect. Their terms apply once you are there, not mine.

There is no contact form, no account, no newsletter, no analytics and no advertising on this site. I do not set cookies and I do not build any profile of you.

If you email me, I process your address and whatever you write in order to reply and, if it goes that way, to agree on work. I keep that correspondence as long as it is useful for the working relationship, and for as long as Czech law requires me to keep records. I do not pass it to anyone else.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs — including IP addresses — to serve pages and protect the service against abuse.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google servers and your IP address reaches Google when a page loads.

A few project pages embed animations from Giphy, which works the same way: your browser contacts Giphy to load them.

The Wall remembers how you arranged it. That layout is stored in your own browser, never sent anywhere and never seen by me. Use the "reset board" button, or clear this site's data in your browser, and it is gone.

Under the GDPR you can ask me what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask me to restrict or stop processing it, and ask for a copy in a portable form. Write to gabriella.krstn@gmail.com and I will answer within one month.

If you think I am handling your data badly, you can complain to the Czech data protection authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.

I keep this site accurate and running as well as I reasonably can, but I cannot promise it is always available, error-free or up to date. Pages, projects and this text may change or disappear.

To the extent Czech law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from using — or being unable to use — this site, or from anything on the sites it links to.

These terms are governed by Czech law, and Czech courts decide any dispute arising from them.

If I change these terms, the new version replaces this one from the moment it appears here. Last updated: September 21, 2026.
